Processing Time
Each ready to ship order ships within 2 business days, items marker "Made to Order" take a little longer and ship within 7 business days. A notification email will be send with the tracking information as soon as the item is ready to ship. CLOSED CAPTION is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE US on orders over $49

Shipping Prices 
all orders are shipped with Standard Shipping (except Express) and are as followed:

within the US - FREE if you spend $49 or more, otherwise it is a $6 flatrate,
Express is $25 flatrate
Canada - $15 flatrate 

Domestic shipping takes between 3-5 business days. Express Shipping 1-2 business day.

International shipping takes between 7-14 business days. Please contact your local post office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your package.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. .
