Processing Time

Ready-to-ship orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Items marked “Made to Order” take a little longer and ship within 7-10 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

US - FREE standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. Otherwise, standard shipping is a $6 flat rate.

Express Shipping - $25 flat rate.

Canada - Available on orders of $150 USD or more for a $15 flat rate.

Domestic standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Express shipping typically takes 1–2 business days.

Shipping to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other delays outside of our control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply to international orders.

Once your package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@closedcaption.us so we can help.
