Shipping within the US is FREE if you spend $49 or more. Otherwise it is a $6 flatrate for Standard and $25 for Express within the US. $15 for orders from Canada and $30 for the Rest of the World.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each ready to ship order ships within 1-2 business days, "Made to Order" pieces take a little longer and ship within 5-7 business days and depending on where you live Standard Shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days and international 10-21 days

Can I return or exchange my items if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, CLOSED CAPTION offers returns for store credit within the US . If the item doesn’t fit, simply send an email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will coordinate a return for a store credit.
