Shipping within the US is FREE if you spend $49 or more. Otherwise it is a $6 flatrate for Standard and $25 for Express within the US. $15 for orders from Canada and $30 for the Rest of the World.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each ready to ship order ships within 1-2 business days, "Made to Order" pieces take a little longer and ship within 5-7 business days and depending on where you live Standard Shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days and international 10-21 days
Can I return or exchange my items if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, CLOSED CAPTION offers returns within the US . If the item doesn’t fit, simply send an email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will coordinate a return for a store credit. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost and that we can not accept international returns or returns on artwork, sale items, items made to order or gift cards.
