Closed Caption is my new favorite shop in the DMV. It’s heaven for vintage lovers and has a good mixture of clothes, jewelry, handbags, and other accessories. The owner was very kind and friendly. I was able to find a lot of unique items and bought a beautiful dress that I can’t wait to wear.
